Learn a skill that genuinely helps people feel better
Do you want to help people with something meaningful?
Do you want training that feels warm, supportive, and hands-on?
Do you want to learn a healing practice that actually prepares you for real clients?
Welcome to Renew Thai Yoga Massage School — where I teach this practice the way it’s meant to be learned.
My Story
I carried a deep belief that only those who were “qualified enough” were allowed to use their hands. That touch belonged to professionals, to clinics, to people with long titles and anatomy textbooks. I struggled with imposter syndrome and a quiet fear of doing the wrong thing or causing harm.
And honestly, it made me sad — because when you look at many cultures around the world, touch is a normal part of life. People massage their babies. They soothe their families. They support each other through simple, caring touch.
In the West — and especially here in England — we rarely do that. We don’t touch. We don’t massage our loved ones. And we often only experience bodywork when something feels broken, and we hand ourselves over to a professional.
That disconnection is what I wanted to challenge.
Through my own training and years of hands-on practice, I realised something important: you don’t need a biology degree to help someone feel better in their body. You need presence, care, understanding, and simple, well-taught techniques.
This is why Renew Thai Yoga Massage School exists.
Thai massage is an ancient healing art rooted in traditional practices, offering a holistic approach to healing and wellness. As this transformative practice gains popularity in the UK, more people are discovering its benefits for relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being.
I teach massage to help people reconnect with their own bodies and with each other. I teach simple, accessible techniques that can be used safely on family and friends. And I also teach yoga teachers and bodyworkers how to deepen their understanding of the body and its energy systems, so they can add a meaningful, hands-on skill to their work. Thai Yoga Massage is a transformative practice that supports wellness and appeals to health-conscious clients seeking holistic, non-invasive solutions.
This isn’t about fixing people… It’s about listening. It’s about confidence in your hands. It’s about remembering that touch, when taught with respect and clarity, is something deeply human.
I aim to create practitioners — and people — who feel capable, grounded and connected. People who understand the body better. People who feel confident offering care, whether professionally or within their own homes. Because we all deserve to feel supported. Offering Thai massage can help practitioners and businesses stand out in a competitive market. And sometimes, the most powerful thing we can offer is simply our hands.
