Thai Yoga Massage Intro Day

One-day training

This Intro Day is a gentle, supportive introduction to Thai Yoga Massage.
It’s perfect if you’re curious about the practice but not quite ready to commit to the full Foundation Course.
You’ll spend the day learning the basics — how Thai Massage works, how it feels to give and receive, and whether it’s something you’d like to take further.

We’ll cover:

  • The principles and history of Thai Yoga Massage
  • Correct body mechanics and safe working
  • Simple pressure techniques and stretches
  • A short flowing sequence you can practise straight away

There’s plenty of hands-on practice and time for questions.
You don’t need any prior experience — just an interest in working with the body.

This day is ideal if you want to:

  • Explore Thai Massage for the first time
  • See if training feels right for you
  • Gain practical skills in a relaxed setting

Thai Foot Massage Course

In this hands-on course, you’ll learn how to deliver a complete, one-hour Thai foot and lower leg treatment that’s both soothing and deeply therapeutic.

We focus on techniques that help you work confidently with the feet and lower legs to ease tension, boost circulation, and bring the whole body into better balance. You’ll discover how to blend rhythmic footwork with the use of a traditional Thai wooden stick for certain points — allowing you to offer a truly revitalizing experience.

What you’ll learn:

  • A full one-hour foot and lower leg massage sequence
  • Rhythmic techniques to relax and rejuvenate the feet
  • Key pressure points and energy pathways in the legs and feet
  • Gentle stretches and ankle mobilisations
  • How to use a wooden massage tool for specific techniques
  • How to tailor pressure and flow for each client

On Day 1, you’ll dive into the core techniques and start building your confidence through guided practice. Then, you’ll have a month to practise on your own and integrate what you’ve learned.

On Day 2, you’ll return to refine your skills, ask questions based on your practice, and receive detailed feedback to deepen your understanding and precision.

This course is perfect for massage therapists, yoga teachers, and anyone who wants to add a focused, highly effective foot treatment to their skill set. You don’t need any prior Thai Massage experience — just a willingness to learn and a passion for helping people feel better from the ground up.
